1. Prices and Payment

• The price for the relevant items as quoted by Mmeyou.com and

• The shipping and handling fee specified on the website at that time.

For deliveries outside UK, you may be required to pay import custom duties or taxes upon receipt of goods. These import custom duties are set at the port of entry by a customs officer, and vary from country to country. These charges are in addition to the prices of the products and the shipping and postages fees to cover freight. You are responsible for the import custom duties and taxes. Mmeyou.com is unable to subsidize these costs. You are advised to contact your local customs office for more information about the prevailing import duties and taxes, if any.

We only accept payments using the methods stated in the Shopping Cart section or a direct bank transfer and are unable to accept Cash on Delivery charges.

Prices (including shipping and handling) will prevail at the time of order.

 

2. Credit/Debit Card Payment

Customers must be above the age of 18 to place an order on our store. If the customer is below the age of 18, permission from a parent or guardian must be sought. Upon submission of the order to our store, it is taken that parental permission has been given and Mmeyou.com cannot be held liable for cost incurred.

 

3. Orders and Delivery

Orders placed through Mmeyou.com are subjected to confirmation and acceptance by Mmeyou.com. Once an order has been confirmed, all aspects of the delivery, currency and payment arrangements are finalized and cannot be changed. Please check your order details carefully prior to confirmation.

Postage is calculated based on weight, shipping destination, and packaging costs. For more information on delivery costs, options and timings, please read our shipping information.

Depending on the contents of your order, there might be a need to ship the order in multiple packages. In such scenarios, we may contact you for a confirmation before it is shipped out.

Please ensure you have supplied us with the correct shipping address. We will not be responsible for delivery of orders if the shipping address supplied has been entered incorrectly or is the incorrect address.

If you have changed your address after placing your order, please contact us by using the email address hello@mmeyou.com. Additional freight and other charges for resent orders may apply.

Mmeyou reserves the right to withdraw any promotions or free items added to order at any time. Examples include the free Gluten Free bread etc.

 

4. Delay in Delivery and Non-Delivery

Please note that Mmeyou.com will not be liable for any delays in shipping due to:

• Brexit

• Payment being refused by our payment gateway or by your bank.

• The delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our agents and sub-contractors, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transportation infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, problems at customs, natural disasters, legislative constraints, strikes, labour dispute or malicious damage involving employees.

• Change of address without prior written notice to Mmeyou.com. If you have changed your address, please contact us by using the emailing hello@mmeyou.com.

 

5. Refund and returns

If you are unsatisfied with our products, we offer a 100% full refund or exchange. 

You may cancel an order and receive a full refund of any sums already paid at any time before we dispatch your products. Once order is dispatched, a refund less shipping cost will be made on cancelled orders.

Should you receive any item that you did not order, please contact us before you return the item.
